Founded in 2023, Joined-Hands Initiative Foundation is a Ghana-based non-profit dedicated to improving lives through health advocacy, community development, environmental sustainability, humanitarian support, and youth empowerment.
We deliver health education, awareness programs, and basic support services aimed at improving maternal and child health within underserved communities.
We provide relief assistance, donations, and emergency aid to individuals and communities affected by poverty, disasters, and crisis situations.
We promote and defend the rights of vulnerable groups—especially women and children—through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
We empower young people through mentorship, training, and guidance to build leadership skills, integrity, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
We promote environmentally responsible practices and initiatives that protect natural resources and encourage sustainable community development.
We are committed to creating lasting change through transformative educational programs that improve healthcare, protect human rights, promote environmental sustainability, nurture future leaders, and provide support for the poor and vulnerable.
Our five Pillars of healthcare outreach, human rights advocacy, environmental protection, leadership development and humanitarian support centered on Christ to promote a lasting impact and sustainable change among individuals, communities and nations as a whole in Ghana and throughout Africa.
